Abstracts will be evaluated on quality and appropriateness of congress themes or any discipline involving the analysis of any aspect of sport and exercise performance. Each submission must be original work that has not been previously presented or published elsewhere.
Once revisions are carried out, submissions will be distributed as oral presentations and poster sessions, which will be notified to authors. Additionally, Virtual poster sessions will be available for those authors who cannot attend the congress. The organizing committee will print and display posters sent by authors in the posters room.
Abstracts should be clear and concise and be no more than 500 words. All sorts of submissions, both attending and virtual, should be done by means of abstract submissions within dates to ensure publication in the congress proceedings. Each author may submit a maximum of two abstracts per registration. The first author must be registered and must undertake to present the oral presentation or poster submitted at the congress.
Abstracts should be typed in English and be submitted electronically with the following Submission Form:
All accepted abstracts will be published as a Congress Proceedings in the Journal of Human Sport and Exercise (JHSE), an Open Access online journal, indexed by Scopus. Authors who want to publish their accepted abstracts as journal articles have the possibility to extent their content to an article format and submit it to the JHSE. Submitted articles will be reviewed by JHSE to publish a special issue on XI World Congress of Performance Analysis of Sport.
